Duff House Country Gallery

Created in the Country House style the permanent collection contains paintings and furniture in the care of the National Galleries of Scotland. Visitors can browse at their leisure and enjoy furniture, including chairs by Chippendale, tapestries, and old masters by artists such as Gainsborough, Sir Henry Raeburn, El Greco and Allan Ramsay's stunning Mrs Elizabeth Cunnyngham .

The Coast Road Diaries. 1st May to 1st August A facinating visual and written record of a highly personal project undertaken by leasding Scottish artist Kate Downie,RSA
Art work in Progress. 28th May to 30th May. Friends of Duff house have organised this exhibition where visitors will be able to see artists at work in a marquee in the grounds.
North east in Seasons. 2007. 3rd June to 25th July. Local artist, Margart Stevenson, is on show in the tea room .
Nanny are You In. 2nd July to 22 August. An exhibition of local textile artist, Helen Morrison, feturing a diverse range of pieces using an eclectic blend of textures and colours reflecting her personal experience of people wrongly diadnosed with Alzheimers disease.
An Artist in N E Scotland. 29th July to 19 September. Antony Wildig has inspired watercolours of the landscape and coastline of Aberdeenshire and Moray.
Mindspace. 2nd September to 21 November. This exhibition features stunning works in a variety of media produced by a core group of nine participants with lead artist, Janice Cutless.

Duff House offers a range of access provisions. A lift to gallery floors is available and wheelchairs can be provided on request. Induction loops for the hard hearing are available.
